They explained the cause of the leak, showed photos, and set expectations before starting. The repair was tidy and the follow-up advice was useful.

Good communication and a clear breakdown of what was included. They didn’t oversell—just focused on what the roof actually needed.

Arrived within the agreed window, worked safely, and left the area clean. The preventative checklist helped us plan future maintenance.

Service: Maintenance inspection

Camden, London

We had water marks in the loft after heavy rain. They traced the entry point to a small flashing gap and repaired it without turning it into a bigger job. Clear notes on what to watch for next.

Service: Leak investigation & localised repair

Islington, London

Guttering was overflowing in one corner. They explained the slope issue, realigned the run and resealed a joint. Since then it drains properly—no more waterfall on the bay window.

Service: Gutters, fascia & soffit works

Greenwich, London

Flat roof felt had small cracks around the edge. They patched the worn areas, checked the outlet and gave a simple maintenance schedule. It felt very “no drama”, which I appreciated.

Service: Flat roof maintenance (felt)

Stratford, London

They were honest about what they could do in one visit and what should wait for better weather. The photos and “why this matters” explanation made it easy to prioritise.

Service: Repairs planning & safety assessment

Ealing, London

We had damp on an upstairs wall and assumed it was a roof issue. They checked the roof but also pointed out a gutter leak above the problem area. Saved us time and cost by narrowing it down properly.

Service: Diagnosis-led inspection

Wimbledon, London

Straightforward, careful work. They flagged a couple of “monitor for now” items rather than pushing replacements. That level of transparency is the reason I’d use them again.

Service: Routine roof check & minor repairs

How we collect and handle reviews (methodology)

We treat feedback as part of our working documentation. Reviews here are compiled from customer emails and written messages received after a completed visit (repair, maintenance, or inspection).

What if a review highlights a problem?

We record the concern, check the job notes/photos, and reply asking for the minimum details needed to verify the situation (date, postcode, and what you observed).

If a site revisit is appropriate, we’ll propose a time window and explain what can be tested/confirmed during that visit (and what can’t, due to weather or access).

For formal complaints or escalation steps, please use the process described in Policies.

Complaints & escalation

If something isn’t right, we want a structured report so we can fix it. Use the escalation pointer on our policies page.

Operational note

Roof work is weather-dependent. When timelines change, we document the reason (wind, rain, access limitations) and propose the next safe opportunity.
